Computer for my parents

I am building a computer for my parents and I am thinking about using a SFF PC. My father has CAD software that needs a high quality video card. Other than that, it would be used for internet bowsing, e-mail, and a few photos. I saw one on newegg, (Shutle SD30G2B). It looks nice, but i was wondering if there was a good one. PCI-Express x16 is neccisary for the video card.

I am also wondering if I should use a Mini tower. they said that smaller is better for this.

Shuttles accept single slot or dual slot video cards..... not sure. But you can just get an 8800gt for it, and it would have plenty of power.

Antec NSK4480 is a very nice minitower, and near-silent if you use a quiet CPU HSF. It uses a good Seasonic PSU that's standard size so you can replace it yourself if you ever need to.

I've always liked the size of shuttles, but the sudhian.com Shuttle forum seems to have a lot of people with problems and Shuttle doesn't seem very speedy on service.

I always end up picking minitowers and ATX or micro-ATX motherboards instead of Shuttles for better expandability and for easier servicing since I can get any replacement part or upgrade from newegg in a few days.

You might want to check the manual and CAD maker website to see which cards work best. A slow Quadro card with good CAD drivers might work better for him than a fast gaming card with sloppy-but-fast gaming drivers.
