Computer Equipment & Power Bill Tax Write Off

Hmmm, some people are "donating" computer time for curing cancer, or finding intelegent life... Why can't we get a tax write off for helping out??? Has anyone discussed doing this?

I am just throwing this out to see what you all think.

Sounds like a good idea. I wounder if we have any tax experts?

With all the latest tax cuts, if it's something sponsered by the government they might just let you get by with it. If someone lobbied for it.
