Question for those who are current or graduated with a CE as a major. In what job market are you in?

And if you have an Associates in CE, do you plan on moving to a BS for the same major or do you plan on moving to something else?

Can you even get an Associates in any engineering field? Or do you mean computer engineering tech?

No you can get an associates in Computer Engineering. There are many schools that do this as a "Fast Track" to getting into the field.

I doubt these programs are accredited...So basically worthless if you want to advance yourself...

I started off computer but then moved to Electrical because I didn't want to code all the time...Also it seems like most jobs that I find ask for Electrical...

when i was searching for a job, i saw very very very few jobs that had associates as an acceptable qualification. and most of those were basically intern-type positions... so basically you'd be working with college students in a bachelor's program, doing some engineer's bitchwork. this is all speculation on my part, so maybe i'm way off

I am a CSE and EE. But I would suggest you do CSE instead of just CE, opens a lot more opportunities for ya.
Current field I am working is Robotics.
