Computer doesn't recognize correct size of my hard drive!!

I have an SATA Seagate 250gig HD, but the computer detects it was being about 130 gigs, even when installation of windows xp pro and in windows xp itself.

what's wrong? 🙁
 
If you dont have at least service pack 1, windows cannot correctly detect a 250 gb hd. Upgrade Windows. Windows FTL!
