I am really stumped by this problem. Las time I powered on the computer it froze right after starting windows. I restarted and my motherboard posted a code which indicated i have no video card (it happend one or twice before and reaseating the card and wiping the BIOS usually helped). I followed the same procedure, first reseating the vid card and spraying the agp slot with compressed air and when that didn't help I turned off the power supply and wiped the BIOS. I returned the jumpers to their original position, turned on the power supply and attempted to power on the PC. When I pushed the power button on the front of the case nothing happend though. I rechecked every power connection inside the case which I thought might have been loosend ( 20 pin plug going from PSU to motherboard, fan connector for CPU fan, MB fan connector for PSU, power plug to vid card, Power switch connection to MB)and then I also replaced the surge protector with one I knew to be in a working condition. Still the PC wouldn't power on. I made sure the BIOS reset switch was in correct position. I do know that there is power coming into the motherboard because the LAN lights on the back of MB are powered on and my illuminated USB keyboard is also turned on. If it wasn't for these two things I would say my Power Supply crapped out. If you have any guesses or any other things I might attempt to get my PC going it would be greatly appreciated.
PS. I dont have a working PSU on hand to see if the PSU I'm using is dead.

Well, just because the fans spin up and mobo lights come on doesn't mean the PS is good. You have no choice but to swap out the PS at this point.

Do you have a spare case on hand? I've had power switches fail before, so you might want to test that as well as swapping power supplies.

Thanks for the advice. I do have an old case that I can use to test the power switch. I also arranged to borrow a power supply from a friend though I won't be able to get that for another day or so. Once I do get the PSU I will test that as well.
