Computer doesn't boot :(

Im using a Asus P4B533-V mobo and when I put my ram in..the hardware monitor in both the BIOS and Probe says my voltage is under 3.3+ its blinking red @ 2.8v..what does that mean?

This didn't start until I added another stick of RAM..but when I put the old RAM back in..it still continues..Im not mixing ram..both are Crosair 3200 256 MB chips..

UPDATE: Now my computer is not booting up at all...please help!
