Computer doesn't boot up. - Windows 2000

I'm running this computer in safe mode... The only thing I did after the second last reboot was install the small hotfixes on the windowsupdate site. After I rebooted, Windows 2000 hangs at the screen where there's the sliding blue/light blue bar. The progress bar starts halfway, goes up 2 squares, and then freezes...

I uninstalled all the hotfixes but my computer still doesn't boot up properly. What a waste of time. 🙁
