Computer died and won't start. Help plz

I was playing some CS yesterday when my computer just died and refused to start. I tried pressing the power but it either won't start or it would start and die in 2-3 seconds. I got my PSU checked this morning by a computing service who verified it was still working.

Now I'm not sure what to do next since I though the PSU was dying ... I cleaned my CPU fan about 5 weeks ago and the CPU has been running about 97 to 107 degrees due to the summer weather ... Help/suggestions? - I'm thinking of using some canned air to clean the mobo and see what happens.

Specs:

ECS NForce3-A Mobo
OCZ Modstream ? 450W
AMD Athlon 64 3200+
Zalman CNPS7700-ALCU 120mm CPU fan
Raidmax Horizon - 120mm front intake, 80mm side intake, 80mm back

Thanks!

Try this for troubleshooting:

Take out everything not required to get the system up and going. Just leave the processor in, take out the video, sound, hard drive, whatever is extra . If it boots up you'll get a beep from the system.

Add things back in as you test it. So put back in the video card(so you can see what's going on). Then next the hard drive. The essentials first. Once it quits booting on something, you may have found the faulty hardware, or realized that even though your PSU works, it may not be enough juice. I doubt that's the problem with your setup.

Hopefully the processor is still OK. If not, take it as an opportunity to upgrade.

Cool, I'll try that. System has been going two years strong so yeah, my 'juice' shouldn't be a problem. Upgrading would be nice but $ is not what i have right now.
