So I get this lady's old computer to fix, P75 32MB 850MB. Not worth fixing some might say, but the customer's always right.

Booted it up and it POSTs just fine, but then hung immediately after. Figured out that the hard drive wasn't formatted for some odd reason.

I'm about to start installing windows and eject the cdrom drive, and what do I find? A Gateway System Restore cd!! And this computer ain't no Gateway..

Someone must've gotten pretty desperate, hehe.

in SysInfo...blehbest one is where had not had a call from these people in almost 1.5 yrs..seems they bought a 40GB Maxtor 7.2k to copy their 3(x) GBs of stuf and OS over..well I go..could not get anything going once I got there..used ZAP..it said the 40GB was partitioned into 5 parts(only added up to 13GBs tho..:p) and then ZAP would not touch it as the floppy drive controller died at the moment...:( ...built them a Duron based system...p133 is just to slow..for them...
