Computer desktop changes and browser re-directs

Dont know how to post but need help. My computer has a virus or spyware that changes my desktop and blocks me from going to virus scanning webpages. It changes my desktop to show that I need to update my spyware software
I ran Hijackthis and here are the results. Please help
Is there anything else I can do?
Its on my laptop also

This HJT log is up to date & looks complete, also more normal than the other one.
Do only run one active AV.

If you want assistance in cleaning your system - yes, it is infected - PM me a new HJT log. I missed your thread and just read it. The reason I'm asking for a new HJT log is that I want to see the most recent log rather than one that is two days old.

Go in google and search and DL these : Free avg, Free super anti spyware, Free Spybot search and destroy. Running all three of these, Remove everything, and then restart. Along with the above member helping you with your hijack this log file...you shoudl be golden. Damn these bastard viruses...
