Has anybody happened to run across a plastic or metallic desk that looks similar? I'm trying to avoid glass, but I like the style and sizing of it. And Craigslist is out, I hate used things.

you could always get a plain wooden desk and throw on a monitor stand (or build your own... shouldn't be 2 hard. 3-4 pieces of wood, couple nails, sander, stain).

With my package being so large and cumbersome, I find the keyboard tray to be a welcome respite. Simply roll it out, slap your junk on there gut-flop style, and it feels like you just jumped in the pool!
