Hey folks, I need some links to computer desks. They must enclose the computer and monitor, thus making the systems tamper proof. Plus, the desks need to be fairly tough as they will be going into an alternative school for troubled kids.

Network Dad, that is a goo idea, but the systems are already secured that way, I need a way so the kids can not mess with the PSU Voltage selector switch, twist the ATX connectors, bend the video cable, etc.,.

We have had to glue the retaining ring for the mouse balls because the kids were stealing the balls and throwing them at each other.

Sounds like you need a nice stainless steel NEMA 4 PC w/pedestal like we have in our clean room here at work. ;)
Don't remember who made it though. Daisy Data maybe?
I think this is what we got - link.

Thanks folks,

NWD: Those are some good desks. The more I can secure the workstations, the better. I just had to replace 3 mobos because they will twist the ATX connectors and either shear off the pins, or they will break the ATX connectors.

Thanks. Look at the price though....If you only need a couple, that's fine. But at roughly $800 - $1k a piece, those can add up in cost quick. But if its a long term solution, it looks like they might pay for themselves in the costs you spend to repair the pc's.

YEah, I will have to run it by the corp office first. But hey, at least I am being prroactive in attempting to find a solution to decreasing the number of vandalism calls I have to answer.

Why not just build some type of enclosures out of 3/4" plywood and padlock the suckers shut
