How do I change a computer description and make it visible to all users when they browse network neighborhood. It seems that sometimes I put the description and it doesn't show up.

Generally you can Right Click on My Computer on your desktop... hit properties and then when the window pops up there should be a tab I think of Network Id or something. Sorry I am at work with Win2000 so I assume you are on WinXp. Anyhow there you can choose to change your network ID or if you hit the Properties button you can change your computer name... and or what workgroup or domain you are part of.
