computer crashs & blue screen

Hi,
I just built a new desktop and I have been having problem with it.
Spec:
motherboard: Asus a7v880
cpu: amd xp 3200+
video card: saphire radeon 9800 pro 128mb with catalyst 4.1
ram: 2x512mb kingmax MPXC22D-38 ( is in ram compatibility list for motherboard)
OS: win xp sp2
PSU:Enermax EG365P-VE (350w)
temp: idle 43-45c, full load 53-55c
vcore: 1.65V in bios, asus probe shows 1.712V

After I built it, while playing games( ex. warcraft 3) I got video card stop responding msg, and the driver reset the card without computer restarting. I read from forums that i should tried 4x agp for stability, I switched it to 4x agp and I have not gotten the video card stop responding msg since then.
But after that computer still crashes randomly(from few min to hr+) or blue screen when i play games. I tested my ram with memtest from HCI design, it shows no error after 800% cycle. With prime95 I got no error in "Small FFTs" test after an hr, I got erros in "in-palce large FFTs" and "blend" test in under 10 min.
I tried raise vcore to 1.7v in bios, and reran prime95, i got no more errors, but computer still crashes and blue screen randomly.

Anyone got any recommendations?
Thanks
