computer crashes with SETI CLI 3.0

I have win2k and I have noticed that on some occasions ~1/day, I get a BSOD. This started happening after I put on the CLI 3.0 and it seems to happen when a WU finishes (unless the computer crash loses all the result info and I have to start a new WU). I get getting great times with the CLI so I want to stick with it.

Are you using setilog.exe ? If yes, then try to launch the SETI CLI alone with no setilog. My computer crashed at the end of the wu with setilog !!! I've had the same result with both a k6-2 450@500 and my new Duron 600@600 ! 🙁 And it only crashed if left alone, never when I was using it !!!
