Computer crashes sporadically

Hi, I really need help with this problem. This is my system:

ECS 915P-A Mobo
Intel Pentium 4 3.0 ghz
ATI Radeon 9000 PRO
Kingston DDR3200 Value ram 1x 512 mb
Seagate 160 Gb hard drive
MGE-USA Case w/ 350 watt PSU (MGE) + 20-24 pin adapter
Windows XP Home

I really have no idea what's going on, sometimes my computer will crash while it's booting up, sometimes after a few hours of use, but it's really getting annoying. I tried replacing the motherboard (Asus P5P800) and that didn't help at all; I formatted the hard drive and that did nothing, and I'm about to get a new CPU and Mobo.. probably AMD this time, unless I can fix it with all of your knowledge..

Thanks for your time!

Problem is, I have replaced my mobo, and my power supply.. still the same problem. Could it be the CPU maybe? Thats one part I never changed.

Wow stop replying just edit your prior post😉
Anyway, if you hav replaced thse things... It sounds like a ram issue.
Have you run MEMTest86? Or simply tryed a stick at a time?
