I recently built myself a desktop PC and it run wonderfully, except for one problem. It crashes when my computer is idle and I have both of my monitors hooked up and active. It runs fine with both of the monitors when a program is running or I'm watching something, it's only when my computer is doing nothing.

Pretty sure it isn't the graphics card because this has happened with 2 different ones.

windbg gave this

Sounds like a driver issue. Check that you're not running an unstable build or old drivers.
