Hello all,
How much is a motherboards built in cooling (via the various cooling pipe designs) affected if the mobo is mounted reverse (backwards, 180 degrees... not really sure how to say this) inside a computer case.
An example might be the Gigabyte GA-P965-DQ6 mobo mounted in a Lian Li case PC-V1200 Plus.
I would like to use the above case with some sort of higher end core 2 duo mobo but the mobos usually rely on built-on pipe cooling setups for a certain amount of the total cooling system (add-on cpu air coolers, fans and so forth providing the additional cooling in the case).
I thought of putting this question in the Motherboards section first but, for some strange reason, the New Topic button is not working for me in that particular section... odd.
Thanks for any info!
Geo
