Was having problems with this computer that I thought was due to a failed HD, so I installed Windows 7 Pro 64 on a different drive. Installed without obvious problem.
Tried to restart computer without DVD in drive, and it keeps saying "DISK BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER". If I put in the installation DVD at this point and hit enter, it keeps giving the same message.
If I put the installation DVD back in and restart it, however, it will say "Press and key to boot from CD....." and then start fine if I don't press any key. On top of that, the HD that I thought was failed (see thread for more details) seems to be working fine now.
Not sure what to do next. Any ideas?

Q6600 (non-OC'd)
4 GB RAM
3 Samsung HDs, one 300 GB raptor, one Hitachi 2 TB
