Computer cannot boot. Shuts off at Windows logo screen. Need help!

Hello,

So this problem started a couple days ago now. When I turn on my computer it will start up, go past my mobo screen and then when it hits the Windows logo screen the computer shuts off. It can't seem to boot past that. I've done a complete clean install of Windows 8.1 but that didn't seem to help.

So it went through the reinstall just fine? And it was freezing before the reinstall? At what boot did it freeze after that?
