I want to continue my work in technical support, it's something I have done for many years, and Stream is the only company I know of with locations around the world for such positions.

Does anyone know any similar "Call Center" computer companies like Stream?

I'm looking for Call Center positions that are in Europe.

Please keep this bumped till I find an answer.

THANKS

Thanks guys, Stream is a call center that companies outsource to, HP, Dell, @Home, 3Com, etc...

Citrix, and Intuit don't seem to be quite the same.

Yes it seems like India is the place, but Stream is one that is all around the world, not just India, and I'm trying to find the same type of company.

There must be other out sourcing computer call centers besides Stream.

THANKS

Your right..because Intuit offers a ton of more benefits and keeps winning best software company to work for. No reason to go that route. ;)

Volt does a lot of recruiting for contractors to work in call centers, along with a myriad of other types of recruiting.

Please STOP TROLLING, I'm trying to get some serious help.

THANKS

He wasn't trolling with an innocent comment like that, and it was rather rude to accuse him of it. You want people to keep your thread bumped, it would be better to be polite.

Totally. Plus the fact that you didn't say anything about Europe or half the information that is up there now in your OP.

Chill out and be nice if you're looking for good info.

I am chilled, I just thought he was being silly, or something, like, "Gee I'm surprised they are all so confused, duh", I just took it the wrong way, and thought he was poking at me, SORRY :(

Yes I forgot to mention Europe till later on....

THANKS

I got stuck with Dell and our local internet provider Telus with an agent from India....it was painful to say the least.

Why do you want to continue with a place like Stream? Someone with the ability to last a year at Stream is absolutely ready to move on to internal help desk support for a far more substantial income and better benefits without the stress Stream puts on you. I speak from experience as I was at Stream for 18 months working for M$, HP and Netscape.

Yes, Intuit has call centers. Depending on the software package supported, Plano, Tucson, Fredricksburg, and a few other places. They do a little system support (ie- printers, network issues, firewalls), but mostly it is dealing with the tax or accounting software.

BTW, fantastic place to work. 3yr hear, and have a blast.
