so I'm buiding a computer for my uncle. I usually don't ask but 1st time I build a computer for someone excluding my parents. Probably my 5th or 6th time but since its my uncle and he lives out of state want to make sure I get right. Opinions, suggestions appreciated

fans use noctua fans I have as extra case fans
thermal compound I have noctua nt-h1 bought 8/23/2015 safe to use?
Used mainly for web browsing, youtube, word processing, light photo editing
Does anybody have any good suggestions for a light but capable photo editor?
No set budget really.
Probably just buy everything at newegg.
He says he has a Dell monitor. Not sure about resolution. Asked him to send me the model number so I can look up

You could drop the Core i3 for a Pentium G4600 unless your uncle needs or can use the AVX instructions. Or go and upgrade to an Core i5. But other then that everything looks fine.
