Hello,
I wanted to build a new pc in about a month and Im currently stuck in some of the part.

I building it around a Intel i5 2500k, cooled by corsair h60
I Dont what to take : Ati radeon 7850 or Nvidia 560 ti ( according to bench mark the ati is better overall, but I never see people with it , only the 560 ti.)

The case I want a Mini-itx, tired of big ass computer.
Thinking of Lian-li Pc-Q08, it seem to be able of great cooling.

The psu a corsair or silverstone , around 650w not sure wich one.
But the big part where Im stuck is ram and motherboard, I have zero knownleadge, exept the compatibility stuff.

Thanks,
amadnei

Ram should be 1.5v no higher, 2x4gb is good nowdays, if your budget is at a push go for 2x2gb.

You need an 1155 socket Matx mobo to fit in a small case. Look for asus or gigabyte they are good brands. If you plan on overclocking the 2500K you will need a P67 or Z68 model one. If not a H67 one will suffice and change the CPU to a 2400 or 2500 (non k)

A 650W PSU is more than enough, you could even use a lower rated model but make sure you buy a decent "brand name" one. Corsair, antec etc

The 560TI is a good card, be aware that there are 3 different cards with the 560 name. From slowest to fastest these are.

GTX 560
GTX 560 TI
GTX 560 TI 448

Try to go for the 2nd or 3rd one if you are gaming at full HD.

What Puppies said, except the case you picked out will need a mini-itx board.

Newegg search

Your motherboard choices will increase if you go micro-atx, but you will need a bigger case.

We could give you more detailed suggestions if you provide expected usage, overclocking, and budget info.

I have about 900$ to spend on it.

The pc will be around 90% for gaming. So I will probably overclock if the cooling is good enough.

I don't actually have a gaming video card, so I can't comment on which is better.

But here are some rough estimates on prices. I am going to assume you have a keyboard and monitor. If you already have some of these other components, then you will have a few more dollars to spend.

cpu - $200 (you specified i5-2500)
case - $100 (Lian-Li itx)
mobo - $60 (cheap itx)
memory - $40 (8GB)
120GB SSD - $120
1TB HDD - $100
psu - $60
cpu cooler - $70 (H60)
video card - $200

total - $950

Mind you these are the low estimates on price, so depending on the exact components, you will likely be over $900 (not counting tax or shipping).

If you are wondering about the SSD, it is almost as important as the cpu in affecting gameplay experience due to the faster loading of maps and textures. Of course the video card is most important for gameplay. The size is just a guess, but 60GB would be as small as I would feel comfortable recommending in a Windows 7 machine. The 1TB HDD is also a guess. I have plenty of space left on my 160GB drive, but I don't have many games or music or movies either.

I would suggest against overclocking in an itx case, but it can be done. If you don't overclock then you won't have to worry about getting specialized (and more expensive) motherboards and memory and compatability gets a lot easier.
