Processor: amd phenomII x6 1090t BE
Ram:Kingston KHX1600C7D3K2/4GX 1600MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL7 DIMM (Kit of 2) XMP.
Gpu: Club 3d HD 6790 PCIE 1GB DDR5 (I already have, so i wont change it).
Motherboard: ASUS AM3 AMD880G VGA DDR3 ESATA ATX (M4A88T-V EVO).
Cooler:Cooler master Hyper 212 PLUS.
HDD : Seagate barracuda 1TB SATA3 32mb 7.2k rpm.

The question is that if all these parts are compatible together. So, any opinions?

Any reason not to get an Intel Sandy Bridge build instead? As of now the 2 best options would be to get a SB build or wait for a Bulldozer based build which 'I hopefully' would be launched by September.

Intel SB actually is currently the holder of best price/performance or at least the Core i5 2500K is IMHO. Depending on your usage, SB will be perfect if your tasks are not heavily threaded. The Core i5 2400 is a good choice if you're not too keen on overclocking and it does offer exceptional single threaded performance. link

The 1090T is worth considering if you're workload is multithreaded and you want to overclock. If you're looking more into a gaming rig, I suggest a combination of a Core i5 2400 + H67 board. Till Bulldozer comes out, Phenom offerings are not quite competitive when it comes to gaming. :\

If you do really want an AMD based rig, I suggest that you wait till Bulldozer comes out September. Hopefully there won't be another delay. :\

If you have time, maybe you could put up that SB bridge so i can check out all the prices and compare...well im looking mostly for a gaming rig..was quite interested in the OC of 1090T

Are you in the US?
What do you use the system for?

Best dollar for dollar is AMD from microcenter
best performance for dollar is 2500k SB system

If its for gaming then get a quad CPU not 6core.

Not sure what prices are like there so hard to say what will work best. But onboard video will not work for gaming. The new AMD Llano system has the best onboard video now but a cheap $100 video will blow it out of the water.

Either get a Intel 2500k CPU and Z68 board or a cheap AMD Quad and AM3+ board and a decent video card.

Since I do not have information based on where you're from I'll get it from Newegg and the prices of the parts that I have listed here cost as much as the parts that was listed in your opening post.

Intel Core i5 2400 3.1GHz $190
ASRock H67M-GE/HT (B3) $110
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) $70

It is a has good performance however you will not be able to overclock and the H67 is not SLI/CFX capable although the Asus M4A88T-V EVO is not a recommended board for CFX either with lanes that split to x16x4. DDR3-1333 is all you will need for this motherboard and it supports DDR3-1333 only.

You could also change your PSU to the Corsair CX500 500W as well which is $60 at Newegg and would be sufficient to power up the HD6790.

The Core i5 2500K + Asus P67 would definitely cost a lot more than the build with a 1090T. If you don't mind going over budget then you could consider that.

If you can't find GSkill then just get the Kingston HyperX that you mentioned in your opening post. I'm not too good with heatsinks but the Hyper212+ works all the time and cheap as well.

Another question...4gb of 1.6k mhz cl7 or 8gb 1.6ghz cl9...i know that cl7 is faster, but will the 4gb+ give me some effect?

No effect at all in term of performance, just 4GB more of RAM space to work with. Assuming that the 4GB is a single stick, having two 4GB sticks for a total of 8GB can enable dual channel memory for your motherboard. Performance gain is minimal at best when it comes to dual channel memory and gaming.

Get the 8GB anyways as it is quite a common size nowadays since DDR3 is quite cheap and most likely you will never need more than 8GB for the lifetime of that rig.

I'm not too familiar with Club3D which is most likely due to it's lack of popularity compared to other brands. The GTX560 Ti is the most powerful of all the choices listed so I think you could do with the Asus GTX560 Ti DirectCU which would work just as well as the Twin Frozr II. You don't have to pay extra for factory overclocks, just do it yourself would be a lot cheaper as long as you have an aftermarket cooler like the DirectCU, Twin Frozr II or similar offerings from different companies.
