Bootup stops at the junction of having a choice to boot trom dvd.

I reinstalled a fresh install still hangs up. Installed win 7 on another hard drive.
I was able to add programs and in mid adding it needed to reboot and gets hung up at that same place.

Is it Power-supply acting up? is it a motherboard? Anyone have such a problem before?

Pentium III Xeon? With a P45 motherboard? I DONT THINK SO.

OP can't even get his computer specs right, nevermind describe the problem. Fail.

Edit: I think I know why his CPU is listed as Pentium III Xeon. He used some sort of sys-info program like AIDA32 or something to get his specs, and if it or windows cannot identify the CPU, they list it as "Pentium III".
