computer beeps then freezes

hi, as in the title, my computer speaker would bear from inside the case then would completely look up and freeze, no mouse no keyboard, only display. then i'd have to hold down power button (as i have no restart button) and turn it back on, after start up windows checks disks for errors then windows starts again.. its happened a few times, just during normal web browsing or computer using. help me out guys
 
what are your computer specs? the first thing i would look at is the heat produced by your pc. it can possibly be overheating.
 
naw temperatures are normal cpu around 40-50 mb around 30-40, gpu 50-60. specs are in my signature. note: it beeps and then freezes under normal operation, not load. help me out guys
