Computer always rebooting at Windows XP logo

I had my computer on for at least 12 hours straight with no problems. I then rebooted to check out the bios screen, exited without saving any changes, but would reboot at the Windows logo. It won't even boot into safe mode.

My system (only a couple of weeks old):

DFI Lan Party UT NF3 mobo
AMD64 3000+
1 gig 3200 Patriot DDRAM (2-3-2-5)
1 MSI ATI 9800pro
4 HDD's
1 CDRW
1 DVDRW
1 Promise IDE controller card
2 Sound Cards (Aardvark Direct Pro 2496)
1 Thermaltake Purepower 480

My previous system had no problems:

Asus P4T533-C
P4 2.4B @ 2.66
1 gig RDRAM PC800
all else equal

This is giving me a headache...I don't know what to do.

Fixed it.

I installed a couple of SATA to IDE converters on my HDD's and took out the controller card. Everything's faster and smoother now.
