Computer addiction, what do you all think of this

I do about 50 different activites ranging from gaming to movie and sound encoding to surfing to burning and so on.
I guess I am addicted.
 
I did a paper on it and I got to talk to Dr. Ozrack about it. I guess I am since I use the computer a lot but I wouldnt go through withdrawl though.
 
Storm, that is pretty cool that you got to talk to the author of that personally.

I read through it and was amazed that it was becomming that much of an issue, and even more amazed with how many of those symptoms hit home...I also realize that I spend too much time in front of the computer, especially since I work in the industry, also my messageboard time is far too high in comparison to my other free time....almost like it is an addiction.

Well, at least I am not the only one and at least it isn't as bad as being an alcoholic, but still I know at least for myself that I have to work on cutting down...
 
It's one of those addiction things I don't understand. I've never been addicted to anything so I don't understand how some just can't stop.
