Anyone return any products lately? Do they still have that 15% restocking fee on open items?
I checked their online FAQ and It didnt mention it.

I might return something, but looking to exchange it for something else.

The restoking fee is dependant on how you act, and wht you look like.
It's a farce. It's a way for them to make some extra $$$$ on guilible fools.

So i should hire a Hooker to do the exchange for me? wait that might cost more.

I returned an opened wireless Gyration mouse and keyboard at CompUSA recently without any restocking fee. I actually bought the 3 most expensive keyboard/mouse sets and played with them for a couple weeks. Much more annoying to do things like that via mail.

Whoa! That what the display models are for. Renters like you sunase are responsible for bad restocking fees in the first place.

Hey, I kept one. ;p A lot of wireless keyboards have unacceptable error rates and/or delay. If they had the display models hooked up to gaming computers, then maybe they would do. ;p The gyro mouse was not nearly as nice to use as it looked in the store as well.

CompUSA screwed me over. They sold me a junkie motherboard, and wouldn't let me return it because in their diagnostics it wasnt damaged, so i took it in for a second opinion, and it was broken, and I showed them the results of that other test, so they let me get my money back, with the 15% they kept, and I bought a motherboard from them that was sold on ebay for 20 dollars less.

I refer to them as COMPUSSR.

they usually charge a 15% restocking fee for desktop computers, TVs, and other large items. i hightly doubt they'll charge a restocking fee for a bluetooth headset. i thought the back of the receipt says what items require a restocking fee.

It used to say that, it doesnt anymore. Also their website has no mention of restocking fee.

Anyways I returned my Bluetooth headset with no problems and exchanged it for something else.
