CompUSA rebate question

i'm reading the directions and it says


"mail this form with a copy of your sales receipt and the original barcode label"

so it means photocopy of the receipt i guess...

but i've heard horror stories about compusa rebates, so would it be a better idea to mail in the original receipt or should i just send in a photocopy?
