CompUSA opens early on East Coast - 10 am not 11am

For those who are hoping to get a Zipcd from compusa on Sunday morning, get there early because compusa opened early here in MD at 10 am, not their usual time of 11am. There was no announcement of the different time. They sold out of the 12x zipcds in 3 minutes. They had about 30 in stock on Saturday, but someone told me they only had 10 in stock this morning.

Just got home with mine about an hour ago. They were lined up at the door. Sold them out in about 8 minutes.

I'm in Michigan.

Edit: I just gotta say that I LOVE this place. What a great bunch of people that hang here.

10-6 Sunday, 9-6 Monday. Special holiday hours. The hours are shown in the current store flyer and listed online under special holiday hours. When I got to the CompUSA near me today, the guy at the door didn't think they were opening till 11a but he found out otherwise.

Yes, Best Buy has the drive at the B&M, it is also priced 129.99 with a 30 dollar MIR, however it seems as a lot of them are sold out as well.

For you left-coasters, you might check compusa again this morning (jan 1, monday). My local compusa magically had more 12x10x32 zipcds in stock when the store opened. They claimed it was a new shipment (New Years eve ?) but I think they just held some back for the 2nd day of the sale. Also, my local Best Buy had a shelf tag with the same price (129) but none in stock of course. Another compusa nearby did not have any more iomega 12x10x32 zipcds in stock, so it is not a sure thing.
