Actually IIRC, they got rid of their restocking fee. I returned a couple things a few months back with no problems at all and no restocking fee.

Hm, just noticed someone bumped this back up from the dead haha.

I know a couple of years ago they were trying to sell the company to Circuit City, but it didn't go through. They have been a small player for awhile now and can't generally touch Fry's or Microcenter in prices.
