CUSA has setup another week of print the ad deals. Most notable is for the Gamefixx members, 25% off on speakers and stack that with your gamefixx discount of 10% and that makes the Klipsch and others very HOT! Have not caruised the rest of the ad yet. 🙂

does compusa even carry any decent headphones? heh, haven't been there in a while.

edit: they actually have a few sennheiser headphones

it's an upgrade rebate though. $20 for non-upgrade AR.

And its Utilities 2002, although I'm not sure if there's any sigificant difference. I just bought 2 OEM copies of Systemworks Pro 2003 for $20+tax, free shipping, on another thread.

I saw some nice Koss headphones with some Titanium elements that are pretty nice, $39.99

Good stuff. Going to see if I can combine an in store pickup of the Telex 2.1 speaker set for $40. Could be an added bonus off a good speaker set.

This is very hot if you have the gamefixx membership and order for pick up then go get it after the sale starts you ought to be able to get a sizeable discount on those speakers.

I got me a pair of cheapo senns last time they had 20% off. Got the HD 202's. They're cheap, comfortable, and make okay sound. Great for the price. I use them for when I watch movies late at night and for listening to music as I fall asleep.

I picked up the 160 GB hard drive today for $100 AR, and it came with a free Ultra ATA/133 PCI adapter. Don't know if this is standard for newer hard drives, but I was pleasantly surprised.

if you're looking for headphones and don't see them in the main headphone area...

find out the sku number before you go to compusa and if you don't find them at first, check at front if they have it in stock, for some reason they just put headphones all over the place.

There were 5 hd497's in the store, but it took like 5+ min going all over the place to find them.

There were 4 different (3 not standardized) places where headphones were located...eventually found them put up next to an x-box display...hah.

57bucks and change walked out.

tthat's great, b/c compusa has grado's *rolls eyes*

I'm not that hardcore that I need the best headphones.

I was happy with 15dollar street style sony's.

The 497's sound awesome : )

what's gamefixx and how do you become a member? does it cost money? and are you sure the coupon stacks with the 25% off coupon?
