I have in the past two months had to replace 4 compusa uv cold cathode lights! Luckily they have all burned out within the warranty period. Has anyone else had problems with these lights. I have three black uv lights set up, one on the bottom of the case near 2 case fans, one one the rear wall of the case, and one across the top of the case. Right now only the one on the top is running correctly. The one at the bottom is completley out, and the one on the rear panel is glowing a dull redish color.
One other thing, When I hook up more than one light, the CPU fan slows and is adjustible by a rear dial (thermal take 11) When just one light is connected, the fan runs at full speed no mater what the dial is set at??? Power supply problem??

Any simular problems, or suggestions?
Thanks,
Shadow

seems like a power problem. give us your comp specs, and PS wattage. inverters are a strange type of device (DC-AC).
