CompUSA CD-R Disks?

Are they any good. I went to compusa today and bought 50 of their 16X compusa CD-R disks. I also (blushing) have a cheap off brand 10x12x32x IDE CD burner I bought a costco... is this a good combo if I want reliable backups?

Costco has FujiFilm CD-Rs for sale. Very good quality made in Japan by Taiyo Yuden.
