Click on provided ad link, check the items out and report which, if any, require upgrades. McAfee's usually involve an upgrade rebate.

Just thought I'd add a note in here that right now Compusa seems to be clearing out the Buffalo wireless networking stuff. There's only a few items left on the webpage, but in store I picked up the 802.11g router for $49, and the PCI and notebook cards for $29 each (no rebates involved). Good deal for not having to deal with rebates. That Netgear deal is pretty nice, but man there's a lot of work involved there to get it!

The prices weren't on the shelves, but when I asked a clerk he checked what they would ring up at. The omnidirection antenna, usb print server, and a couple other items were also $29.

If you're getting some headphones, the $20 noise reduction ones are much better than the FAR Koss phones. The FAR ones sound a bit tinny, but the QZ50 for $20 AR are excellent, as long as you are only expecting ~15dB noise reduction, not full noise cancellation. 🙂 FAR optical mouse looks cool too.

How's the WIN TV-to-Go card? I've heard mixed things about tuner cards, but it seems the Hauppauge ones seem better, at least than the ATI cards. Anyone had any experience with this particular product?

If you go to CompUSA rebate center here and look for SKU 310579, you will get the $40 rebate form for 5/27-5/29.

I heard the WIN TV card has mono sound output only.

Does anyone have any experience with this camera? Tried googling for reviews and didn't find anything helpful. I'm looking to get it for a friend as a birthday present. He doesn't really print photos out, just takes them and stores them on his computer, maybe shares a couple with friends here and there. PM me with thoughts, if you have any.

Hmm, interesting, they actually raised the price $2 as compared to their prior Black Friday and after New Years sales. Btw, the ones that I got on BF were retail-packaged 30-pack Memorex spindles, with CMC media inside.
