Alright I am having problems with a custom rig I put together about 3 months ago.
P4 775 @2.8
Biostar I945-P
1g Geil DDR2
250gb Seagate
Audigy 4 SC
Samsung DVD-+R

it had a gen. 450 watt PSU which i took out and put a 350 in. The thing wont power with either PSU put when the power is on (the back of PSU) and I hit the pwr button (front) the fans turn a little bit. Like 90 degrees. Anyone have these problems before. Oh yeah this no power situation occured in the middle of the night, no storms, no activity, everything idle.
 
seems like he PSU is craped out. leave it unplugged for 24 hours and try again. I've had one do similarly, and it came back after a day of being unplugged
