Comptia's Security+ exam

80% of the Security+ exam by Prometric does NOT include content covered by the Security+ instructor lead course or the MeasureUp online practice tests. :|

I used the practice tests for 3 straight weeks until I got 100% for 3 consecutive tests. I also used labs in the course guide to implement actual projects and policies at my company network. And I still only ended up with a failed grade - 77%. :disgust: 🙁

AFAIK MeasureUp is not approved by CompTIA. Sorry, but at lease now you know what to expect.

No they weren't. 🙁

At least my employer paid for the course this time - in the future I'll just have to resort to Books/Training Kits and Transcender tests.

Yea but is Prometric??? That test was barely even covered by the coursework. The MeasureUp tests actually taught me more than the course and I was still missing some valuable information.

How is the Linux+ coming along? Learning a lot?
