I'm officially going to be doing "consulting." Read: fixing home user computers until b2b picks up.
SO, I need an area in the basement that is MADE for it. probably to be called the bench or something, I dunno. Anyway, I found a few sweet lookin' tech benches from my friendly google and thought, you know, a few things are missing.
Just wonderin' if any of you have one and if you see anything else missing here...

Tech Bench 3 this one has a nice measured out diagram sorta thing
Tech Bench 4 This one is massive and really needs LCDs 😉
Things I see missing so far:
[*] GIGANTIC surge supressing/power bar that's "up front" accessible.
[*] KVM
[*] tubes to hold all the KVM wiring & power cables together.
[*] rekon I'll need some sound in there somewhere...
I'm thinkin' I'm going to need some of the following stuff HANDY, not just somewhere in the house, to actually be effecient @ this.
[*] phone
[*] cell & charger
[*] broadband connections
[*] phone jacks for those pathetic modem jobs
[*] screws
[*] phillips screw driver
Questions that I wonder about:
