Let them take you to court, won't they have to pay for that? Then, when you clearly win the case / it gets thrown out, you'll have made them look very very silly.

OP - ignore JediYokel, you have no reason to provide an email. Plus, he'd just say that you made it up yourself. This lame company has no case and I would just ignore them and work with your credit card company to get your money back. Good Luck!!!
