Well, time to bite the bullet once more......
I've had these MoBos (KG7-Raid) topped out for a while now..... Time to upgrade.
I really wanted to do an NF7-S, but had worked myself into a corner forcing a compromise.
Lucky me, I recently upgraded my RAM to Crucial PC2700.... yeah, the one that I realized a month later is not compatable with NF2.... and, rather than replace two HDs per computer (I have 2), I opted to go to a Raid-0 setup with two 40GBs and bought one 80GB for data backup in each computer.
Well, of course, it turns out that the SATA Raid doesn't work with the HD adapters (at least I got no responces in the couple threads I put up asking if anyone had made it work with non-SATA HDs.)
So, I settled.... I ordered two KD7-Raid (ABit KT400) MoBos to eliminate the SATA and RAM issues and..... (well, I have no self-restraint) a couple 2500+ Bartons to keep'em company.
Here's to a couple more protiens of the folded variety  <clink>

(actually, I'm pretty excited about this step up..... but still wish there had been an embedded Raid solution for the NF2 chipset.)
