Compressed (zipped) folders

I was recently setting up a computer that had a trial of WinZip on it. I didn't want Winzip, so I uninstalled it. Now the computer does not have the option to create or extract a compressed (zipped) folder. Does anyone know how to enable that option in Windows XP?

Goto Run: regsvr32 %windir%\system32\zipfldr.dll

At first it didn't work, but logging on as administrator worked.
