Composite Material Fabrication and Property question

If I wanted to make a (0,45,-45,0)symmetric composite. How would I go about fabbing it. Filament winding is cheapest, but how do you do the 0 layers? Can you do pultrusion combined with filament winding maybe.

Also does anyone happen to know a weight/sq in or density of T300/5208 graphite epoxy composite. I have only found percent references.

I'm designing a bike frame, so basically, hollow composite tubes. I figure I can connect them with lugs of some kind.

Any idea on what the actual cost of materials and manufacturing would be for your project?

Still trying to figure it out, in normal times, T300/5208 g-e is hella cheap, but since there is a shortage due to all the new composite planes being made I'm not sure.

with normal filament winding do you have to stop the machine to change the angle or can angle change be done by computer automation?

Fixed.

If they were that smart, they wouldn't be asking these questions to a forum dominated by teenagers.
