Components for new system...first time builder...so i need help ;-)

Well I've finally saved up enought money to build a new comp...at least i think it's enough. Here's what I am pretty sure about:

epox 8K7A Mobo
1.33 ghz Athlon
Antec 1030B case w/ fans
256mb ddr (Crucial)
40.0 GB IBM Deskstar
Toshiba 16x DVD

now here's what i'm not sure about but i have some ideas

Power Supply: I'm thinking about getting the Enermax 350 watt model. Do you think I should get the 431 watt model for $20 dollars more?

Sound Card: It is a battle between the Herecules XP card and the turtle beach santa cruz. I've heard good things about both...and bad.

CPU heatsink: I don't really plan to overclock...but you never know I might end up trying it. I just want something that will keep my cpu without making too much noise (but still strong enough if i want to overclock eventually)

1) Go ahead & grab the 451, it's a sweet P/S. Plenty of power, you won't have to worry about it.
2) Santa Cruz
3) Taisol CGK760. Quiet, effective, & not terribly expensive. Plus the clip design is truly beautiful.

im in the process of rma'ing my gtxp. its pretty shoddy product IMO, but i need a breakout box nevertheless. i can always sell it. but i want to use it more than 2 weeks before moving on the santacruz

one more thing...in regards to the Santa Cruz card...is it good for games? I've got the Klipsch 4.1's...would they work good with those or is it meant for a 5.1 speaker system?
