component width case?

i'd like to add a computer to my component rack, and i'd like to get something that is standard component width, 17.125".

is it possible to get an atx case in that size that is still reasonably thin? i've seen some prebuilt systems advertised, but they're all insanely expensive. this is the ideal solution for me, although i could always just get one of those shuttle xpc's and hide it.

can anyone recommend anything?

Awesome, but expensive and big (full size ATX...NOT thin).

What about rackmount cases? They're 19" and 1U is really thin.

Do a Google search for "home theater PC" - there are several companies that make audio-component-style ATX computer cases. Some of them are extremely nice. Of course they are not necessarily inexpensive...
