I was given the following two motherboards Aopen AX34-U and Procomp BST1M-E. I was looking to build a file share server for bit torrents and possible run a gaming server and perhaps a HTPC. I have an Antec 300w power supply, WD1200JB Hard drive, 192mb PC100, Pioneer S-106 DVD.

Which motherboard do you recommend using?
Which processor to purchase?
Video Card?
