Mods; Is it proper to post a compliment about a company in the forums? I have seen alot of companies get flamed for poor service. I received some good service from a company, and thought I would post something in general hardware, since it concerned getting a missing part replaced. Is this OK?

ya it should be fine, as long as you dont work for the company, and make sure it you dont cross the line between a compliment and an advertisement. examples:

Wow I am impress with (company), my video card broke and they were fast on the ball to help me get it fixed. it was a very plesent experince and I plan on doing buisness with them again in the future, I just thought I would share this with you 🙂.
Advertisement:
this (company) is the greatest best products low prices great costomer service do all you shopping for (parts) from them they are the best everyone else stinks...
