complicated system setup (two 30" apples, 58" plasma)

I am just curious if this is a plausible set up for one computer.

Can I set up a computer that will run the following:

two 30" apple monitors
one HDMI input for a 58" plasma

--will allow the plasma to run "Windows Media Center" separately from rest of computer
--(possibly) two separate graphics cards for the set up?

My current set up is two separate computers, but for various reasons I want to combine my forces into one computer.

Thanks in advance

Yep, your best bet is a virtual machine (VMWare), but that does have its limitations if you are going to be using it a media PC. And you'll need two dual-link (NOT to be confused with dual DVI) video cards.

well, he'll need a card that has two dual link DVI ports for the apple monitors and another card with a either a dvi port of hdmi for the hdtv.
