Complicated network, trying to simplify. HELP!

I am trying to make my home network as simple as possible. I have the following equipment:

1 Windows Server 2003 box
3 desktops, all Win 2000 or XP(2 wired, 1 wireless)
1 laptop, XP (Wireless)
1 Siemens wireless router, 3 wired ports
1 SMC router, 4 wired ports

Someone please tell me if I can run the network off the server without having to buy an access point.
I want my server to serve files, print share, and also plan on using IIS.
Any help you can give would be tremendous!!!
