Complicated Home Networking help

So I have 10PCs at home (with 7 different users). I also have 2 internet cable connections. One modem is connected with a WRT54G working on wired RJ44s and the other is connected to another WRT54G solely on wireless

There is only one computer that is connected with the wired router which is able to access the wireless access as well with decent latency. Currently I have bridged both the connections on that computer. I have also turned the DHCP off on one of the router and changed its primary IP.

Now I am adding a dial-up connection to the network. Which PC should I connect it to so that any PC wanting to use that Dial up can do so by changing the necassary settings? Would I be able to bridge 2 LAN and one Dial up connection on one PC??

It would be easier to buy a commercial network bridge the 2 cable feeds with a fall back to dial up .. I did this on a Imagestream router but never on the linksys boxes.

Problem is that both the cable connections arent in the same place. Another problem is I want the dial up to act as the primary connection. I have those accelerated dial ups which I just purchased today which is extrememly fast surfing (Albeit with lower image quality) compared to my crappy cable service. I just want to switch to cable during the night when no one is online and utilize my cable's download speeds.
